My name is Iryna Kaduchenko. I am a practicing psychologist with two higher educations (in economics and psychology), a certified specialist in psychosomatics, body-oriented therapy (bodynamic analysis), and Art therapy. I completed a 9-month therapeutic program for working with PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder).
I have conducted over 900 individual and group sessions with clients, including more than 300 hours focused on addressing negative manifestations in the body (psychosomatics). I developed my own technique for working with pain and illnesses, during which 60% of participants experienced a reduction in pain during the process (links to reviews are in the text and at the end of the article).

I work individually with adolescents and adults, as well as with families (systemic family psychotherapy).

I came to the field of psychology after many years of working in managerial positions, experiencing emotional burnout, and dealing with numerous psychosomatic manifestations.

I work with the following topics:

  • Losses, divorces, panic attacks, and psychosomatics,

Life is primarily about our emotions and sensations. Regardless of external circumstances, one can feel either happy or unhappy.

Psychology asserts: try to change the situation, if you can't - change your attitude towards it.

From my experience and the experience of my colleagues and clients, I know that happiness does not depend on other people, wealth, or anything external. It is an internal decision.

I invite you to individual counseling - meeting in Kyiv or from anywhere in the world using Messenger/Telegram/Google Meet. We will start with a free 20-minute online introduction with video. You will be able to ask any questions you have and see if you feel comfortable and willing to trust. I, in turn, will tell you about the rules (confidentiality, non-judgmental approach) and determine if I can help, as the result is important to me as well.

Let me clarify that 50% of this result depends on you - your readiness, as to change the situation, you need the courage to look at it from the outside, overcome resistance, and devaluation. If you have never worked with a psychologist, it is better to plan for at least 10 sessions once a week (unless there is severe anxiety or illness). This period will allow you to understand the problem, find a new behavior option, start applying it, feel your achievements, and see the reaction of society. Changing is a process; the psyche cannot, like a switch, immediately put you in a new mode since habits, behavior patterns, and attitudes have been with you for many years.

But believe me, the results are worth the effort and time! When you touch your personal feeling of happiness, you do not go back; it is a stable progress that will stay with you for life. This is the most valuable gift - an investment in yourself! And your loved ones will also benefit, as what we are filled with is what we share.

Individual consultation lasts 1 hour, costs 50 euros, prepaid. Family consultation - 2 hours, 70 euros.

I also offer a deep psychosomatic session dedicated to working with a symptom in the body (pain, illness).

You will individually deeply work through one symptom, understand its causes in detail, create contact with your body, learn how to heal yourself, and receive a technique for self-work with other symptoms. Duration - 3 hours, cost from 4000 UAH via any Messenger from anywhere in the world.

Psychosomatics is a part of medical and psychological science about the connection between emotional state and illness. More than 80% (if not 100%) of all diseases are related to the emotional state. We often ignore symptoms in the early stages: a headache - took a pill to be in shape for a meeting. If we do not listen, the signal of the body may become too loud in the future. To heal, you need to "hear what the symptom says" and accordingly change your emotional state, actions, way of thinking, attitude towards the world, yourself, and others.

I will immediately dispel the myth caused by ignorance: "Why do I need a psychologist - I am not sick?". Mentally ill people go to a psychiatrist for medication. Healthy people who are ready to take responsibility for their lives and change it for the better go to a psychologist. A psychologist doesn't prescribe medications; psychologist ask probing questions that, due to the resistance processes in our psyche, we often find difficult to ask ourselves and even harder to answer.

I love my profession as a psychologist very much; it is a very grateful activity. When I see how people's lives change, how smiles become wider, how the body frees itself from tension and pain - I feel very happy, and it inspires me to further development!
